After finishing at the top of my business school class, I began my career with a Big Four public accounting firm. I later progressed through financial management positions with several corporations as Controller, VP Finance, and Chief Financial Officer. After finishing first in my law school class I have practiced as both an attorney and as a CPA.  I am licensed to practice in Tennessee, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
