FUNdamental Fitness brings the FUN back into exercise. By watching the natural movements of children…throwing, jumping, skipping, balancing, we are reminded that “PLAY” uses total body movements instead of specific muscles, to regain and build strength, stamina and flexibility.
FF class combines flowing yoga with functional fitness, interval training, balance, power and strength.
All levels are welcome and challenged. It is ideal if you can get up and down off the floor easily, can do a plank, a down dog and a good squat.
This is a non-competitive, go-at-your-own-pace class, designed to inspire the joy of total body movements.
