Garrett Asher is one of the founding members of Surber, Asher, Surber and Moushon. Prior to the formation of Surber Asher, Mr. Asher was a partner in a larger state-wide litigation defense firm. Mr. Asher’s experience includes over 25 years of litigation.

Ms. Surber began her law career in Dallas, Texas, in private practice focusing on civil litigation.  Her career continued in Nashville as an attorney for the Metropolitan Department of Law for Nashville and Davidson County
