Julie Riggs Law

Julie, an Illinois native, has spent the last 13 years in the Nashville area, where she and her husband are raising their two daughters. Julie worked in law enforcement for 18 years and was a police officer in Nashville for 11 years and has extensive, personal knowledge of the criminal justice system. While working full-time for the police department, she received her bachelor’s degree from Trevecca Nazarene University and her Juris Doctor from the Nashville School of Law. Julie practices Criminal Law in Davidson and Sumner counties and is a Rule 31 listed family mediator. Julie is dedicated to providing excellent and compassionate criminal defense to anyone accused, investigated or facing criminal charges. Having worked for the police department in Nashville, Julie has built an extensive network in the area that her clients benefit from. She takes the responsibility of her job and trust of her clients very seriously and will fight with you ever step of the way.
