Attorney, Michael L. Ainley, is a diligent and aggressive attorney who has a very strong work ethic. He believes that people who come to him with legal matters want to hire a lawyer who will win their case, and he works hard to provide them the best possible results.

His main areas of legal practice are Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Litigation, Family Law and Real Estate. He is married to one of the law firm’s partners, Vicki Hoover, and they have offices in Paris and Franklin Tennessee.

Angela Hoover is a native of Williamson County and a seventh generation Middle Tennessean. Angela is a graduate of Franklin High School where she was active in the mock trial program, and was a nationally ranked debate champion. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee. While in college, Angela served as President of her sorority, a UT Ambassador, and a student lobbyist.
