She has almost 20 years of experience. Her practice is primarily mediation, family law and criminal law. She has taken the NHTSA DUI course for Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) Trainers. Kimberly enjoys teaching other attorneys about the NHTSA manual. Additionally, Attorney Schreiber is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator. She is an approved mediation trainer in Civil/General and Family Mediation. Also, she is Specially Trained in Domestic Violence Issues and Elder Mediation. Kimberly has had the privilege of training mediators all over the world for the past 10 years. She is also a FINRA Arbitrator.

Kimberly enjoys speaking about law, ethics, DUI and mediation through seminars, approved CLE/CME courses, radio shows, television appearances and international keynote speaking engagements.

Previously, she has worked as a Federal Bank Auditor, a diversion program coordinator, professor, and a general practice attorney in private practice.
