SHED Strength is strictly limited to private training sessions. You will challenged to push your body  to greater lengths.  You tell us your goals, we will do everything we can to help you achieve it.  Each workout is 30 minutes in length.  Come a little early to your scheduled time, warm up on your own, then get ready to work!
